We are an agency dedicated to the interruption,intervention, and recovery of substance abuse. We are located in Southwest Iowa, and are licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health Substance Abuse Division. Zion recovery services is a Not-for-Profit agency serving the counties of Adair, Cass, Montgomery, and Dallas counties.

All inquiries are Confidential. We will not release any information regarding an individual without prior written consent.

Financial Assistance
There are various means for financial assistance. Zion is not considered a medical based facility, certain insurance companies do not cover services. Fees are determined determined by current gross income, using a sliding fee scale based on current gross income, using poverty guidelines. Must be a resident of the state of Iowa to gain sliding fee scale.
